OVERVIEW This website is operated by Hammered Memories. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hammered Memories. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - CUSTOM PORTRAIT SERVICES Our products are hand-hammered glass portraits based on photographs provided by you. By placing an order, you understand that:

  • Artistic Interpretation: Each piece is an artistic representation created by hand-stippling. It is not a 1:1 photographic replica. Variations in texture and light reflection are inherent to the handcrafted process.

  • Photo Quality: The quality of the final product depends heavily on the photo provided. We are not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to low-resolution or poor-lighting original photos.

SECTION 2 - USER-PROVIDED CONTENT & COPYRIGHT By uploading a photo to our Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the copyright to the photo or have obtained explicit permission from the copyright owner to use it for this purpose.

  • The content does not infringe upon the privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights of any third party.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that we deem offensive, illegal, or in violation of third-party rights.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION All prices are displayed and charged in USD. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION As our products are handcrafted to order, please allow a production lead time as specified on the product page. Shipping times (estimated at 7-12 business days) are in addition to production time. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or international transit issues, though we will assist in tracking your package.

SECTION 5 - PERSONALIZED ITEMS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Given the personalized nature of our goods, all sales are final once production begins. Our liability is limited to the replacement of items damaged in transit or those with clear manufacturing defects (e.g., wrong size or material failure). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered.
