1. PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME Since every piece at Hammered Memories is 100% hand-hammered, it takes time to ensure the highest quality.

Production Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for our artisans to complete your custom portrait before it is shipped.

Production begins once a high-quality photo is received and the order is confirmed.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES We ship directly from our studio in Shenzhen, Guangdong, to provide you with the most direct and insured service.

Standard Insured Shipping: $9.99 USD (Delivery in 7-12 business days after dispatch).

Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $150.00 USD.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance or local postal service delays.
3. TRACKING INFORMATION Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package's journey through our website or the carrier's portal. It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after the label is created.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES Hammered Memories is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Most small-value shipments to the US fall below the de minimis threshold, but please check your local regulations.
5. DAMAGED ITEMS DURING TRANSIT Glass is a fragile medium. While we use professional-grade anti-shock packaging, accidents can happen.

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged product AND the packaging.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
